CSR focuses primarily on Executive Search Consulting, Corporate Staffing Strategy Development and Project Management. We endeavor to find the best possible talent for our clients. Our goal is to provide our clients with world class executive search and consulting services.

We are available to do single position, full life-cycle executive search, multiple-position recruitment projects, and on-premise contract recruiting and/or consulting engagements when there are strategic opportunities in addition to search requirements. We have the flexibility to unbundle our process and do parts of the search in support of your recruitment efforts. We are available on a retainer, project, or hourly basis depending on your project requirements.

All executive recruiting assignments and key professional searches are conducted on a retained search fee agreement. A retainer arrangement provides you with the highest priority service, 24 hour availability of your executive recruiter via cell phone or home contact, and the closest attention possible given to your job opening.

A retained assignment involves our client committing to our services and paying a set amount of the total candidate placement fee up front. Additional payments are made as the project progresses towards completion. An initial payment is invoiced before the recruitment process begins.

Project based fees are quoted based on the level of difficulty, level of CSR manpower involved, and the work to be done. This usually involves a set amount to begin an engagement and additional payments as the project progresses. Some minimums apply.

Unbundled search process projects are billed at an hourly rate. 20-40-80 hour blocks are customary with longer term blocks available. Hourly rates and fees are quoted based on the level of difficulty, level of CSR manpower involved, and the work to be done. Some minimums apply.
