Our courses begin every week, giving you the flexibility to start whenever it suits your schedule. Each program spans eight weeks, with a two-hour class held on the same day each week to maintain consistency. You can choose a schedule that works best for you, with classes available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays. Select from two convenient time slots: 12:30 PM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–4:30 PM.
