Mark is an excellent instructor. His way of explaining topics is excellent, I can't imagine a better instructor. He prepares you for the big game, so you can easily pass the casino exams. I passed the first exam I took after completing the course and got a job at one of the best casinos.

Mark is such a great teacher. He knows exactly where the students are strong and where they are struggling. If a student is struggling on something, he has different ways to look at the problem so the student can understand. As long as you put forth the effort, Mark will do everything he can to help you make sure you pass his class. This is in no way a "bird class" where you just fly through it. He makes sure you're one of the best by the time he's done with you.

Mark is an incredible instructor. The course is excellently structured and fully in-depth. After completing the course I feel fully equipped with all the knowledge to deal the game, I may need a little practice, but I know that I have all the material needed and Mark provided some very helpful tricks for memorization and calculations that will help me become a pro!

Crescent’s 8-week SR Course was very comprehensive, educational, and informative. Mark is a fantastic instructor who is patient, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. I received a lot of hands-on training and relevant notes. At the end of the course, I felt audition-ready. Words cannot express how truly valuable this class has been.
